Cancellation of services

How do I stop using your services?

Digizzo works with subscription plans for our Hosting, SEO and Maintenance services.

All our subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. However, we have a 30-days pre-notice period.

The pre-notice period will give you a little bit of air if you want to transfer your website or any service that you are taking from Digizzo to another provider.

Not satisfied with the web design?

We offer a full-satisfaction protocol

If during the process (before final delivery) we are unable to properly execute the ordered service that has been mutually agreed between Digizzo and the customer, we will offer a full refund.

* our refund policy only applies on the website packages:

StandardPremium and eCommerce. 

For our other services, we follow the ‘cancellation of services’ process.
